Administrative Projects

1. Social Media

  • Regularly review Facebook and Twitter posts and re-share useful resources.

  • With Guidance from Decibels staff, post original Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Post.

2. Foundation Research & Proposal Development

  • Research top foundations likely to support Decibels programming.

  • Draft standard proposal sections to allow for easy proposal development.

  • No experience necessary; training provided in using tools such as Guidestar & Grant Station for grant research and how to draft proposals.

  • Participate in all aspects of proposal development.

3. Communications

  • Assist in the development of new marketing materials about the Decibels Foundation and its programming, including design of new brochure.

  • Assist in creation of quarterly newsletters, including design, layout, and content creation.

  • Assist in managing email marketing contacts.

  • Assist staff in updated website with new content.

4. Donor Management

  • Update donor management system when new donations are received.

  • Send out thank you letters through donor management system.

  • Run reports and analyze data on donor activity level.

  • Assist in the implementation of new stewardship plan.
